Get it!
This device is beautiful; wonderful engineering. It is smaller than it seemed while buying; which is a good thing.Gorgeous finish. No leaks. Get it!1st screw into wall a little firmly. The challenge is to end tightened up, in lined-up position. You do this by rotating entire unit around to last time it can make it all the way around. Then, to adjust the 2 different angle options (by trial and error), you have to gently pull joint apart after slightly loosening; it grips with teeth!Always do 1 joint at a time. These 2 angle folding adjustments do not have to be tightened hard; it won't leak.Plus, if you don't over-tighten, you can continue to make fine-tune adjustments until its angle is perfect for you. Infinite possibilities!Install your choice of shower head lastly.Don't over-tighten head; it's never under "hold pressure" and too tight is the #1 reason why it leaks there. You never use Teflon tape here, as the seal comes from an internal washer or o-ring; much like your garden hose. But I like a gushing flood of therapeutic massage by having no head occasionally; try it!Yeah, baby, drain that water heater in 5 minutes!I say fie on those 1.8 gallon per minute heads. And don't get me started on 1.5 gallon flush toilets, huh?Finaly, after installing, never pull or push on it hard; its new leverage potential can now snap your pipe coming out of the wall like a twig!

Easy to install and works well.
Used to extend the shower length. Super easy to install and works very well.

Great for a temporary fix!
They did leak, even with tons of tape and careful installation of the shower head! But we made it work! For temporarily and little use - since it's in a spare shower for now, until we remodel, it will be just fine!

It is stable!
At first when I installed it it wouldn’t stay up. Kept dropping. Looked at the reviews and seemed a common issue. I do have a shower head with filter so it’s heavier than some. I was going to toss it. But gave it another try but used a wrench to tighten it. And it worked! It is stable not dropping! Glad I kept it

Brilliant solution to a stupid shower! (see photos)
We’re renters and whoever turned half a walk-in closet into a micro bathroom did a lousy job (see photo). The original shower arm is about 5 feet off the ground and located within a foot of the shower opening! So, you have to crouch to rinse your hair or face and stand up against the curtain just to get wet. This double-adjustable extension arm let me place the shower head ABOVE my head, and almost in the MIDDLE of the shower base - where it should have been installed in the first place. (See photo)I bought the version with “teeth” at each adjustment that lock the arms in place about every 5 degrees. If you need finer adjustments, the latest (and most expensive) version offers that. Installation is straightforward and all the washers and teflon tape you need are included. The end that attaches to the part sticking out of the shower wall is solid, which makes it much stronger but at least one reviewer must have tightened his up until it the arms moved only horizontally rather than vertically. If that happens to you, try loosening or tightening that fitting 90 degrees: if it doesn’t leak or twist, you’re good. Otherwise, put 2 rubber washers in that and retighten to a functional position.

Looks nice, but...
I bought this extender just to get the shower head further out from the stone wall in my shower. It looks nice, and does the job, but if either of the wing nuts that adjust the arm are not completely tight, water squirts out of those joints. So if you're in the shower and want to adjust the arm, for the 5 seconds you loosen the wing nuts to raise or lower it, water will be squirting out in a horizontal direction. Once the arm is set to the desired height and tightened, everything works fine. It's worth the price, but not the best design I've seen.

Can't hold the shower head
*updated review*Seller refunded the whole order, and took detailed feedback to improve the product. Great customer service.--It worked fine for 1 month. Now it can't hold the weight of the shower head, the area to tighten is loose and can't hold the shower head on the top.Waste of money. Do not buy!

Lasted less than a month.
Purchased March 23; installed about 2-3 weeks later. It’s now just limp and hanging. The shower head attached is way less than 5lb and it still failed. The screw at the base will tighten but then the whole arm flops down, even with nothing attached. Wanted to love it, now I have a random piece of trash. Definitely shop around. The price looks nice but it’s not worth the headache
