Q: What's the dilution rate? 1 part to?

The bottle label says 2 oz concentrate to 10 ounces of milk, then pour over ice. I find I use a bit less concentrate and skip the ice. I find the combo is tasty at a number of different ratios.

Q: Why does this take "1-2 months" to ship?

I ordered mine Friday and it's arriving tomorrow. I ordered the four pack.

I order Javy from the Javy website. Every bottle I’ve ever received has been glass. If one arrives broken, customer service is amazing and very quick to send replacements if you provide them with pictures of the broken ones.
