Very pleased with purchase, Shipment was fast, The bundle was missing one CO2 cartridge, Was advertised to come with 2 cartridges. This is not a deal breaker for me, As I have 100 more cartridges on order lol. Just wanted "Pepper Ball"to know for quality control. I'm still giving you 5 stars for a quality product.

launcher was assembled in taiwan. package came without a manual or co2 cartridge, otherwise was complete. can view manual online. have to buy co2 cartridges anyway. need to change red magazine spring or pepperballs will tend to break in the magazine. this is terrible!

Great presentation, but that's it. In a real emergency you can't just aim and shoot, you have to screw the co2 cartridge to activate. In most emergency cases when needed you're not going to have enough time to screw the co2 cartridge to activate. If you could preload co2 cartridge it would be great.

People in the comments are complaining about having to charge the CO2 before using the weapon don't understand that all you have to do is load the magazine without piercing the CO2. Imagine you're at home and you hear someone start kicking in your front door. All you have to do is pick the weapon up, spend half a second twisting the CO2 knob at the bottom of the magazine, and you're good to go. It's literally that simple. I suggest upgrading the TCP to shoot heavier projectiles.

Apart from it shipping with one CO2 cartridge rather than the two advertised in the Yellow Kit, the product itself seems great. Using the inert founds it came with, the product is very accurate and powerful. The magazines springs do seem to pop the projectiles out as you're trying to load it, but I think that might be a matter of me as the user just practicing with it a bit more with it. I did a lot of research when deciding on this product. I spent months on YouTube trying to decide which I should go with, Pepperball or Byrna, but for home defense, this seemed like the right pick while the Byrna definitely seems like the better choice if you want something to carry around. The difference maker for me was the CO2 cartridges being placed in the magazine rather than the gun itself, ensuring that you always have a full charge with each magazine and the reloading being smoother and quicker. In terms of weight, I think that is definitely something subjective, but it definitely does lean on the heavier side, but I prefer it that way. The Cons: Pricey Accessories - The accessories are pricey and so are the projectiles, even the inert practice rounds: seems like the industry norm with any of the brands. - Would be nice if Pepperball had a holster for lefties (and if the safety was ambidextrous). - You have to get a third party mounting adapter from Grimburg if you want to mount a light/laser because the mounting rail is not the most ideal with regards to space (they should offer that adapter accessory of their own: it would save customers a lot of any trying to find a 3rd party that 3d prints them) Overall, a great product. I think its definitely one you have to practice with a bit to get the hang of it, know how it works, and get that muscle memory imprint. And just because it's non-lethal, doesn't mean its not dangerous, so please be careful and mindful of how you are handling it (treat it like you would any weapon), and I would recommend getting a safe or something to secure it just in case you have young ones in the home.

The fact that it is a diffected product, and the manufacturers don't help they put you on hold till you get tired of listening to elevator music 🎶 all the time one calls, hopeing one goes away. And never providing any feedback, or service.
