Good product Hard to use
Product is hard to use and very complicated.If you have something a stuck use water or saline This won't work if the product is by your ear drum.

It is not soft at all.
It gets the job done, but is not soft as advertised. The scoop is not flexible. It can cause damage if you're not careful. Same with the tweezers. They are pointed and hard. But the light is useful.
