The scent is much weaker and it does not last.

The Dispenser is plastic and has a triangle with a number '1' inside it. The plastic used to manufacture the bottle is made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Commonly used for bottled water or soft drinks, it's safe for a single use and should never be heated. Any plastic containers with a 1, 2, or 5 are BPA Free. If you are truly curious what the numbers mean just google search, "Recycle Numbers On The Bottom Of Plastics."
