Got this for my mom, who has osteopenia in her hip. She's had pain for years. She's been taking it for 3 weeks, and I have noticed a significant decrease in her complaints of pain. I have noticed that she no longer moans as she's walking. I have noticed that she's able to walk outside about 100 steps where as before, she could barely manage a trip across the room. We will not be without this from now on.

I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I had a partial tear in my glut area which was taking a long time to heal. I got this hoping it would help with the pain or promote healing. I thought that after a few weeks I would see improvement, but I don't think it really helped at all. My injury is slowly healing and by now I have finished the whole bottle over the last 3 months. This is my experience and I'm sure that individual results may vary, but for me, this was no miracle cure and made no difference.
