These are pretty large blue and white plasticky capsules - I could only manage to swallow them one at a time (the daily dose is two). They also had a slightly unpleasant taste to me, so I had to follow them up with plenty of water to take the taste away.That said, I have noticed a slight improvement in my energy and focus levels shortly after taking each dose, similar to the boost you might get from an energy drink or strong coffee. This is useful for me, as I struggle with chronic fatigue and am always in search of ways to prolong my waking/alert hours. However, those who are sensitive to caffeine should note that this supplement may cause an adverse reaction for them.You get 60 capsules in the pot, which is 30 days worth. That works out at about 75p per day at the current price, which isn't bad for the effect. I would suggest using them occasionally rather than daily to get best money's worth, and definitely take them in the morning, as if taken in the evening you may struggle to get to sleep (due to the caffeine and guarana).

I wouldn’t recommend taking later at night because of the Guarana extract. Taking this first thing in the morning gives me that little bit extra energy for the day. Definitely one to consider.
