What are the dimensions of the mat? Is it 32 by 20, or 72 by 24?

Does it come with negative ion?

How does trad in work? Can we trade in after warranty gone if the product is no longer working? How much money we get from trade in non working unit?

My book says Lifetime-upgrade policy: If your mat is fully functional. If your warranty period is over, you can trade-in your mat that isn't working (for any reason) to get 50% of its retail price towards a new mat of equal or greater value. Just check with support.

Is it okay to put this on my mattress?

It depends on how hot you place the temperature setting at. I would never sleep on it as I would worry about my mattress not to mention getting too hot myself. If your using it for health purposes as I am, the instructions say one hour a day on the mat will do the trick. There is no need to sleep on it or over do it. The more you use anything the sooner it breaks. I use it every single night for one hour on a very hot setting before I go to bed and it relaxes me and gives me the health benefits it states. Remember less is more in every aspect of life!
