The Best
I recently had the opportunity to try out the Cubitron 3M Xtract Net Disc 710W, 5 in, 12 Piece Multi-Pack Hook and Loop Sanding Discs, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! These sanding discs have completely changed the way I approach sanding tasks, and they have exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, the assortment of grades in this pack is incredibly convenient. With options ranging from 80 to 320 grit, I found the perfect disc for every project I tackled. Whether I needed to remove rough material quickly or achieve a smooth, polished finish, these discs had me covered. One of the standout features of the Cubitron Xtract Net Discs is their virtually dust-free design. Sanding has always been a messy task, but with these discs, I experienced a noticeable reduction in dust and debris. The Xtract Net technology is simply brilliant – it effectively captures and contains dust, keeping the work area cleaner and healthier. I no longer had to worry about harmful dust particles floating around, making my sanding projects not only more efficient but also safer. The hook and loop attachment system is another major plus. It makes changing discs a breeze, saving me time and effort. The discs held up exceptionally well during extended use, maintaining their effectiveness without tearing or clogging.I was also impressed with the durability of these discs. Even after several hours of continuous sanding on various surfaces, they showed minimal signs of wear and continued to deliver consistent results. This not only saved me money in the long run but also gave me confidence in their longevity.Overall, I can't recommend the Cubitron 3M Xtract Net Disc 710W, 5 in, 12 Piece Multi-Pack Hook and Loop Sanding Discs enough. They are a game-changer in the world of sanding, providing exceptional performance, versatility, and dust control. Whether you're a professional craftsman or a DIY enthusiast, investing in these sanding discs will undoubtedly enhance the quality of your work and make your sanding tasks much more enjoyable. In my book, they deserve a well-deserved five-star rating!

Big improvement, get an intermediate pad for festool sanders
These sanding discs are a real game-changer, but here's a pro tip: make sure to invest in an intermediate pad for your sander to get the most out of them. Without it, you risk burning through your sander's pad, and those replacements don't come cheap. Trust me; I've learned from experience. The sandpaper itself is outstanding, easily lasting 1.25 to 1.5 times longer than regular granite sandpaper from Festool. And the dust extraction? Well, it's on a whole new level of amazing. However, be aware that they can clog up quickly if you're dealing with wet glue.Whether you're a seasoned pro or a weekend warrior, these sanding discs will elevate your work quality and make sanding a breeze. In my book, they deserve a solid five-star rating. It's an investment that's absolutely worth it. And remember, slap it on the tool and then stick the sanding disk to it. The intermediate pad is a smart move to preserve your Festool hook/loop, keeping it sticky and in top shape. It's all about the details,

Sanding technology has improved.
When used with a vacuum attached to your sander (and you should always use a vacuum whenever possible) these discs allow more dust to be captured than the common 8 hole discs. Much more dust gets captured, leaving your shop and air cleaner. The abrasive lasts longer and cuts quicker. Fantastic results on wood.

Best Sanding Discs Available
I have stopped using and even gave all of my Diablo sanding discs to a friend because these 3M Xtract Cubitron sanding discs are sooooooo much better than anything else available. There is truly no fair comparison to make. In most cases, I can even start sanding with a 120 grit instead of 80 grit and get better results in less time. I highly recommend that you use a vacuum attachment to remove all the dust possible while working, and these discs will stay much cleaner and cooler than the competition, allowing you to complete more of the project with far less consumption or waste. I usually buy them in a pack of 50, resulting in a cost of 69 cents per disc, which is a true bargain because I can easily use them 3, 4 or 5 times longer than any other disc. These are a pleasure to work with, and they actually make sanding more enjoyable than ever before. Try purchasing a small sample pack of various grits and you'll see what I mean. Then you'll be back to stock-up with larger quantities of each individual grit. These were a well-kept secret for the first couple years, but the secret is out now and they are worth every penny.

Very nice, reusable sandpaper
Very good reusable sandpaper, I use a5" yellow semi-hard velcro "mouse style"palm sanding pad. These reusable type are awesome. I got a bunch of different grits, 150, 220/240, 320 etc....Use them on the current project, & when I see they are getting clogged, peel them off, shake/brush them off and stick them back on. The velcro is awesome.... A lot better than old sandpaper that's, NOT reusable !

Last long with low dust. Highly recommend.
This sand paper is awesome. I bought this small pack to try out and used one discs to sand 6 cabinet doors and face frame, and it still has life to it. Normally I would have gone through a couple of regular sanding discs. And with the vacuum hooked up to the sander, not much dust at all was generated. I’m going to buy some more for sure.

Just better sanding disks and cheaper to use
I've got about 10 hours now using these disks (in 120 and 180) and I'll never go back to paper disks.Yes, they cost around 2 times more than the name brand disks that I've been using (mostly Norton and Diablo), but they last 3-4 times longer, so I'm actually saving money. They also sand better (smoother) and collect dust better (when sander hooked up to a shop-vac).The only downside that I've run into is edge fraying. These aren't good for sanding into corners. They're great for flat surfaces, but if you're hitting corners/edges, then the edges of the disk will fray. It doesn't really affect the function of the disk, but just something to know.
