Very nice watch, easy to set up and user friendly. My daughter loves the fact that you can change the face and have a new look and also counting the steps makes it a challenge when we go out for a walk. The customer service was very prompt in responding when I had an issue with the charging, very helpful and efficient in sorting out the problem! Very happy

Great all round fitness tracker for kids. We've bought a few different brands over the years, and this beats the Fitbit Ace as the screen is better and more colourful. Easy for me 9 year old to use. Vibrating alarm great for school mornings. Brilliant customer service. Only criticism is that is does not seem sensitive enough to pick up all my daughters's steps. But for the price this is a great item and I would recommend above the fitbit which I feel is overpriced for the functionality it gives.

We were initially really pleased with this watch. Our little boy loved it too and proudly showed it off wherever we went. Having read some of the previous reviews about it not being genuinely water resistant, etc, we were very careful with it. Sadly this didnt matter as two weeks in, after we'd charged it for the second time, the screen stopped working. The watch will still connect to the app but is useless without the screen. So we are returning it, and have a very sad little boy. *update** Biggerfive sent us a replacement watch, no faffing around required. It’s now more than 2 years old, my boy still wears it everyday and it’s going strong. Maybe we just got a dud one originally. Really happy with it, and excellent customer service too.

I brought these off recommendation from a friend for my girls for their birthday. After charging and giving to my daughter I found the charge went quite quickly and was not happy. But messaged and had a very quick reply back with some suggestions. Very helpful customer service. I turned the heart rate monitor off and it now lasts for almost a week. Charging is very quick only 2hrs. My children state its easy to use. I love seeing how they slept and setting them goals.

Bought for my sons birthday, fully charged the night before, he put it on around 7:45am and by 9:57am the battery had completely ran out. Contacted amazon to return it wish they are doing. You can see the short time it was worn before it ran out completely.

Nice looking but quite chunky in depth for a little wrist. Function list as described but poor choice of faces as surely this is something easy to add. I bought my husband a £12.99 smartwatch and it had loads of faces to choose. Most disappointing aspect is the poor battery life. Lasting about 3 days. And quite slow to charge so can't just do it quickly in the morning. I sent him to school with 24% battery thinking it should last till he gets home. He came home annoyed as battery died by lunchtime. There is also no warning. Accuracy is okay. I would say it undercounts steps. Surely a child would do more steps than an adult on a walk but he did 800 less than me and he was running around too. Takes a long time to connect to the app. Each time I look it has to be reconnected which can take ages. Would have sent back but it was from Santa so can't.

This is a quick product review: List of pros: - product the material is really good quality and feels soft - The screen is very responsive - It reads the data great when fastened properly around your wrist - My son is quite small and skinny but it looks really nice on his wrist which I found problematic with other smart watches I purchased in the past. Refer to the pictures I have included in this review - Battery life in our case is on average 5 days which is amazing - App was easy to install and we had no problem with pairing it with the watch List of cons: One problem I found with this watch is when fastened too tight it had bruised my son’s wrist a bit. And the reason why I had to do it that way it’s because the sensors attached to the watch were not reading the data properly when he had it done in a more lose way on his wrist. We moved it slightly up as per the pictures attached in this review and this resolved the issue but my son claims it was more comfortable to have it positioned on his wrist. Overall the watch is nice and worth the money. Personally I would recommend it.

Utilisé pour ma fil de 7 ans. Elle en est très contente. L'interface est intuitive (attention : l'écran n'est pas tactile, il y a un seul bouton). Lautonomie est correcte: avec leffet waouh il faut s'attendre a la recharger tous les 3/4 jours. Gros plus : le design du bracelet est vraiment adapté pour les enfants. Bref je recommande.
