Feature rich but a bug
Pros:* Good massage rollers that can take good amount of weight, bubbles, rotating pumice stone* Heating of water is reasonably fast. One can use normal temp water and device takes care of heating and maintaining the temperature* Drainage feature is easy to useCons:* Bug. If I set the temp for initial heating and not use the machine, water gets heated way above the set temperature. On dipping the feet, it suddenly rises up as water gets mixed - this can cause feet burns if not cautious. Always check the water with hand before dipping feet.

Very poor after sales service
VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICEWe received 3 products from Agaro. all 3 have been spoil. It has now been over 3 weeks since i raised a complaint about damaged products that is still under warranty and there has still no resolution.Communication has been extremely poor with very delayed response and no clear updates on when the issue will be fixed.The only contact person is someone based in Calcutta, and they haven't been helpful at all in resolving the problem. They do not have any services/technicians available in Mumbai. I'd strongly recommend to not buy. their products get spoiled while under warranty and they have no one to fix it.

Overpriced. It heats water, foam is formed (spa mode) are only 2 things it does properly. Message and pume stone function is not that effective. You have to anyhow use your tools to remove dead skin from leg and clean it. Better buy the folding bucket for 1k and fill with hot water and do the same. It is easy to use , relaxing and comfortable slightly
