Q: Would this be ideal for a disabled person with a real life sized bottom? for reference- the wheelchair seat is 20-22 inches.

yes it worked very well for my disabled husband. Not just for kids. Fits the toilet and hangs over seat.

Q: Are these big enough for adults?

Heavens yes!! In fact, they are quite large. I used one on the airplane and it totally covered the seat and bowl! No germs!! Awesome!!

Q: is this biodegradable?

No, it has a plastic component. It must be thrown out with trash destined for the landfill.

Q: What are the dimensions?

It’s ranked #6 in the toilet seat training scale. 26” X 26” to cover the regular toilet size draping over it. We’re going to a trip and won’t seat our grandson on a public toilet without a cover.
