These are the ONLY Gas-X pills that work for me if I've over done it with eating. They have a hint of grape taste going down. No side effects for me anyway. They take my gas pains away & even help me use the restroom if I'm constipated due to my meds. No problems here. And I got a box of 60 cheaper on Amazon than in the store.
