absolutely superb
I have quite a few orthopedic and neurologic health problems that warrants me needing a walker. I am a big guy and those standard aluminum walkers are really not suited for my needs except in times of very short-term need. This walker is very easy to steer, brakes are good, smart design. I have hauled around many light and heavy things with this, including firewood logs, plates of food, laundry baskets of clothes, etc. and it is like having a wagon at my disposal. A great feature is that it can fold up like a lawn chair to get through tight spaces. And I can sit on it as well if I need to due to getting tired. Highly recommend it.

Works great for me.
This walker is a beast. I had my back broken in 3 places and was not able to walk upright due to weakness. I just got this and after putting it together went outside to try it out. I live on 3 acres of horse property and the walker handles it just fine. I have uneven ground and rocks and the occasional weed here or there but this walker did not once suddenly stop or force me to go around something. It is great for me. Once I no longer need it I will donate it to someone who can use it or store it till the day might come I will need it in my golden years. I can understand some people might not be as strong as me and could have a little trouble but I don't think it will take long for them to get strong to use this. This walker just glides for me. I highly recommend this for outdoors users like me. Inside there are no problems moving around with. I like that if I get tired I can sit on the built in seat and rest for a while them get up and move along.

Love The Assembled Roller
Due to a hip problem (unfixable) I bought a light model roller-walker for the upstairs. But I needed a better, more featured one for yard/shopping in the basement. This one is "nearly" perfect! The 10" wheels can get me around the yard easily. The seat is comfortable. The zippered underseat cloth basket is good. The brakes pull up for temporary stops and push down for locking the back wheels. There is a cup holder and a cane holder. I don't need a cupholder, but you might. The cane holder is a plus I would have had to make one myself. It is easy-to-fold, stable, and maneuverable. The seat is cloth mesh but comfortable. The handles are comfortable. There are shock-absorbers in the frame. The seat is wide enough for most people. When I have to out, this is the one I want.So I rate it a 5. But there are some things you should be aware of that were not quite so perfect. It was difficult to assemble (and I'm sort of a handyman). But that is done with after assembly. The handles don't lower quite as much as I would like (I'm only 5' 6''). The seat doesn't fold up.But overall, I still give it a 5. I just assembled it today. Going down the driveway to get the mail and newspaper was a smooth trip with no hip pain. I expect to go grocery-shopping tomorrow with much greater ease. This roller is really helping me.I would recommend it to friends and family.

So easy to use and adapt the width
I bought this rollator last November and have used it inside and outside. It worked very well. At the pool or in a restaurant I would frequently need to adjust the width to roll through. Just a gentle tug on the strap adjusted the width to get through tight spots easily without stopping. Wow! I really like the larger width for stability as well as for comfort when sitting. Cons? I tried my HEAO on the beach, and the wheels got stuck in the sand. They need to be wider for beach use. Also it really only adjusts for people 5’4” and higher. If I shrink much more, I might need a different rollator.I’m 72 and had no trouble assembling mine. It took more time to unwrap the pieces than it did to put the rollator together.I’m short, I love using my rollator. The ride is so smooth and effortless, and it allows me to walk with no pain. Just remember to lock the wheels when you are using the seat or parking it.

Beautiful and sturdy!
We purchased 2 walkers for our parents who just moved to assisted living. We could not be happier with them. They get so many compliments on how beautiful the are. They were easy for to put together. They are really sturdy and the seat with back is a really nice feature along with the attached and removable tote bag. We have a recent issue with one walker where the parts came the front wheel. It was really easy to contact the seller and they sent the replacement parts right away at no charge and free shipping. They really did provide excellent service and follow up. Highly recommend the product and customer service!

Walker frame weld failed.
I purchased this walker in Aug. 2022. Recently I was walking with this walker and noticed a considerable more wobbly in the unit. At home I checked it over and found that one of the folding system brackets weld had broken away from the frame. In my opinion the weld was a poor one (former maintenance mechanic history). There was no simple repair, like parts so I contacted the manufacture. After sending pictures of the failure, was offered a new one for $140.00. So that is the backup you will have. Not much coverage by the manufacture in my opinion.

Does not stand the test of time
Was great for the first year, then started losing nuts and bolts left and right. It got so bad I carried spares in my purse. Got out of an Uber and the wheels fell off in the street.
