Really helped me.

Comfortable to a degree but a bit soft so it squashes too easily for me

Wash pillow case separately
Good and comfortable but the pillow case is not colour fast I have washed it many times and the colour still comes out even at hand temperature. I don't know if it takes just the red or all the dark colours.
