A friend was using an upright vacuum cleaner and suggested to buy similar one. Searched everywhere and found this product at last. Its suction power is mentioned in Air watts, and other products use kPa to denote suction. So I was skeptical whether this has enough power as it cannot be directly compared. But this has exceeded my expectations in terms of power and cleaning capacity.Installation: There is not much to do here other than connecting the handle and a screw, but the installation was a bit difficult. It needed a bit of force to fix it. The user manual was minimal. The connecting hose is a bit loose, but it does the job.Features: The vacuum cleaner needs to be unlocked first. The plug is 2 pin and the cable is just enough to clean a room. Use an extension if required. It has 4 wheels and hence it is easy to maneuver it over hard surfaces and also on carpets. The filter is large 2 liter tank which is easy to remove and clean. If it is empty, we can see that the dust rotates inside due to cyclone technology. Once the dust starts filling up, it stops rotating. But the performance remains the same.Usage: This was bought to clean a 1000 sq.ft. carpeted room. The floor head has a very large opening compared to normal vacuum cleaners. But the vacuum power is very good that the carpets can be cleaned in one or 2 strokes. The brush in front of the floor head rotates and loosens dirt and lint off the floor for effective vacuuming. Beware of long threads as they can easily entangle in the brush.This one comes with a small brush attachment which can be connected to the hose and used. The hose is stretchable, but its usage is limited compared to handheld and small canister vacuums.Good things: It is very effective in cleaning carpets, and floors. I've a National panasonic canister vacuum and this one is way better than it. Try cleaning mattresses and you won't believe how much dust it actually picks up! I was really shocked to see the results. Noise is low compared to vacuum cleaners with bags.To improve: The handle is flexible, but it should be locked before storing it. Else it can fall to the ground and break. This locking mechanism is difficult to handle. I've seen switches to lock the handle in a similar product (but it is pricier than this model).Who should buy it: Those who want a powerful vacuum cleaner to clean large floors, especially carpets can definitely go for it. It's easier to maneuver than a canister vacuum and it cleans faster compared to other products. Can be used to clean mattresses and sofas once in a month. But it cannot be used under the bed and nooks. Those who wants to use small brush to clean cob webs in the roof and under the bed will need to buy a handheld vacuum and use it along with this. This is a niche product in the market, and well worth the price.

Purchased on 25th January 2025, it is working smoothly without any problem. Just two days back some problem due to filters block and we contact with AGARO CUSTOMER CARE. they responded quickly to send their technician and he solved the issue. This is very good service from AGARO after sales.

Best vacuum cleaner I have ever bought

Amazon should provide HALF STAR RATING AS WELLabsolutely terrible after sales service .spoke with the Agaro representative from helpline number .they assured me a replacement since the vacuumcleaner got spoilt within 7 days of UTILITY.“ the chord burnt “ . imagine the horror.anyway : long story short . called them 5 times thereafter :the vacuum cleaner never cameno one answers my call even on the main helpline number !!NOT WORTH THE MONEY OREXPERIMENTeventually leaves a bitter taste in your heart and scar to trust AGARO and abt of their products ever.all because they hired executives that don’t care.part2: they sent an executive after 1 month because i left a review here . by now, i had given up hope of them doing anything, so got the chord fixed & machine . their executive came home. saw the machine working . deemed it fit & left . 😀😀so this is what they meant by after sales service & warranty . 😂
