Green Haven Bioethanol Fuel 12L - Bio Ethanol Fuel, Smokeless & Odourless

We have used bioethanol fuel in our fire and this gives it us heat and atmosphere. Odourless and convenient to use. 1 litre bottle will burn for 3.5 to 4 hours so excellent in the evenings for that cosy feeling.

I’ve tried quite a few different fuels for my Trangia over the years, but this Green Haven Bioethanol is easily the best I've used. It is incredibly clean-burning; I’ve noticed significantly less soot on my pans compared to standard methylated spirits, which makes the pack-up and clean-up much easier. There’s no nasty chemical smell either, which is a huge plus when you’re out in the fresh air. It lights easily, burns hot and steady, and the 2L bottles are a great size for stocking up before a trip. If you’re looking for a premium, clean-burning alternative to the usual purple stuff, I can’t recommend this enough.

This product is great. It burns really warm, and for us, a third of a bottle will burn for well over an hour and provide a lovely warmth within our 4x6m living room. The flame takes a few minutes to turn from blue to the typical mesmerising amber flame. The bottle has a cap with a small hole for dispencing the liquid directly on to the rock wool. The first time from opening, I would still use a funnel for a better angle, but you can apply directly after that. It does have a slightly stronger than mild odour to it, but this can be overlooked. Overall, great value for money

I love this for my heater and the quality is good and not too smelly, helps me stay warm in the winter months and saves me a small fortune in heating bills! Stable source to buy from and easy to use and looks clean

Used instead of Methylated spirits in my old Trangi stove. Lit easily and boiled a litre of water in similar time. You do get a slight sweet smell of it ,but did not affect the food.

It burns very quickly, once filled, you need to top up again, and the flame is very small.
