I have one router and poe switch. can i connect two of these zyxel access points to the switch, with both sharing the same ssid?

Yes, I install these in small hotels and air BnB's and that's exactly what I do. 1 router, 1 Poe switch and 4-5 access points. Completely configurable from there.

Can I use Zyxel with Nebula as private person without have registered company?

Yes you can, Smply put your name in the organisation section whan completing the registration for nebula

Can this be used in client mode to connect to my existing network so that I can connect my pc to the network via the access point using ethernet

I am presuming you intend that the device connects to the Wireless Network and provides a wired connection to the PC .. in which case this AP does not work that way round.
