I have recently developed sciatica due to disc bulge. So far so good with this pillow. The best and practical aspect to this pillow is that it comes with an extension which helps in keeping the pillow in place without having to worry about it falling off in sleep. The hardness of the pillow is perfect. Overall, it is very comfortable and practical to use!

Product is soft, but not that much useful. Better to use pillow that will give more result.

I had been struggling for years with my sleeping position. I wanted to sleep on my side, but I couldn't keep that position during sleep. Most of the time I ended sleeping on my chest. When I wake up up, either I sprain my neck or I will breathe through the mattress and it suffers from throat infection. My sleep was disturbed and everyday I wake up sick. I tried putting pillow between my legs and it didn't work out since pillows will move around . At last I purchased this product and oh man, this changed my life. I no longer wake up sick since I sleep on my side after I started using this. This kind of locks your feet in a position so that you won't slide to any other sleeping position other than sleeping on your side or sleeping on your back. During sleep, this won't get detached from your leg since there is a string which is perfectly tight. Since the product is only attached to your one leg, you have the freedom to move your other leg according to your convenience. Now I sleep way better and wake up fresh. At first you will feel that the firmness is more and your legs are resting at a height that is not normal. But after a week, you will get adjusted to it. It is like wearing spectacles for the first time. First couple of days, you will feel awkward, but after that you will forget that you are wearing spectacles. I felt the same way. Great product indeed.
