Foamnseal FNS 500 Polyurethane Foam Dispensing Gun/Tool

I have put several cans of Great Stuff through this thing and it works very well and makes applying this nasty stuff absolutely easy. There is way less mess and fuss this way. When you let the trigger go, it stops. What a game changer. The other fantastic thing is you have good control over the flow rate and can set the max flow rate.Great stuff does not stick to the durable coating the gun is powder coated with. It only sticks to the brass nipple at the end of the device. This is hardly an issue and if too much builds up, it is super easy to clean off with a sharp knife.I would buy it again and recommend to friends. The big cans of red and blue Great Stuff fit this gun.Oh, almost forgot, you can leave the can connected to the gun. I have had one connected for over a month and it still flows immediately.

The foam dispenser is low quality, the spring is weak and won’t last past one or two times. The item was even worse than the cheap dispensers I bought in the past. I use these regularly.The customer service is another level of failure. They did not want to take responsibility, they did not provide shipping label for approved return and asked for the customer to pay the return fees which comes to almost the cost of the item. They delay the process to the point that they claim return is no longer possible due to the delays in the process they created themselves. Zero stars for rude customer service.

Foam gun works well, adjustable trigger is great for gaps large and small. The grip isnt the most comfortable but does the job. The teflon coating keeps foam from sticking very well, the brass tip is a bit more sticky but does scrape off easy with a knife. I left a half used can for over a month and was able to use the remainder of the can no problems. Will not be going back disposable cans with the straw. The threads that attach the can to the gun are metal rather than other brands that are plastic and can be cross threaded overtime.

Very well built, I read in another comment not to scrape the gun with your knife to clear the foam off ( like we do with every other gun ) because this has a non stick finish on it, VERY TRUE! The foam comes right off once it’s cured to it.Contractor Quality, works with most cans I’ve used.

This product works as expected very well made, light aluminum body with added Teflon coating, when foam residue dries out on gun surface you can just peel it off easily. Don’t use sharp blades to scrape off residue on gun as it will scratch the surface coating. I have used different types of foam cans and all work fine, no leaks.I cleaned it inside with a spray can of gun cleaner. Oh yes, this will last for a long time.
