Not that complicated to use, place it on a door and s3at on a chair, the only minus point is the water bag u need to keep it safe as it does not puncture, helps in cervical spondilysis,

I like this product to have neck pain relief. As the water bag supplied is leaky, please arrange for replacement of the waterbag alone. Thank u
