Works great!
I know it seems like a pretty simple enough idea to do something like this but I fought tooth and nail to get my kid to try to learn new things, but this here she loved to do. After the first time using these she was asking me to do it with her.

Great buy
These flash cards are great for my son. But they are not laminated or kn thick card stock. The cards are made out of a flimsy paper.

Weird tape
Mine showed up with tape to keep it closed. It was kinda odd. But all the cards were there so I wasn't really mad just caught off guard.

Thin But Good
These cards are nice. They are a bit see through, but so are White index cards. I decided to use them in a bit of a different way. I am laminating them as I go so that my daughter can write the word with a dry erase marker on the line. We can use them over and over and then use them for my son in a couple of years.

Good Content -- Too Flimsy
The content and imagery is very good for children to understand. That being said, they are VERY thin (so much so that my kids can see the words through the cards) and the cards are getting beat up very quickly. I would pay more for thicker stock so they could be passed down to younger siblings.

A WONDERFUL ASSET TO HOMESCHOOL OR ANY OTHER LEARNING AID
Wonderful and helpful words for second grade. On one side there is a blank with a picture describing the word in question, and on the other side is the word itself spelled out. When I used this with my son, we would play a "game" and I would show him the card, and we would see how many words he could guess correctly..But, since, reading is his weakness, I would simply show him the side with the word written on it, and have him just "read" it out loud. There are a variety of ways you could use these cards. I homeschool , and you can use these any way you want..I highly recommend these.

Horrible quality. Cheaply made and overpriced.
a Rip off in my opinion - cheap thin paper, not glossy, not thick - just paper. Horrible pictures on those cards, really bad.those flash cards are not only difficult to use as the images are barely recognisable, but they will last a couple of rounds only - they are not cards but pieces of paper.

Made of paper
It's made of paper, I was expecting glossy kind of laminated paper so that I can use a marker. But otherwise, a good product.

My students really like these.
After doing the 1st grade ones it was time to move up with a little more challenge. The students really like doing these for 10 minutes a day. I notice a big improvement in their vocabulary and writing.
