Beautiful blinds and amazing customer service
I have ordered two blinds for my remodeling project and tried them for about a month now. Both of them arrived in about 2 weeks which is awesome considering the current backup situation in the remodeling industry. We ordered 100% block out blinds. The quality of the fabric is good and it comes with fabric on both side. Keep in mind that the gap from left and right side of the blinds are not even. The light is still coming through unless you ordered the light blocker trim package. The installation is super easy. The instruction illustrated with side screws. But we screwed the hardware to the top of the ceiling (since our side wall material is steel) and it still works without any problem. We ordered dark shape but the color of the roller itself is white. So you will see mismatch contrast color (see picture). I wished it's black color to math the fabric tone otherwise I should have ordered the valance to cover it. The sound motor is loud when the room is very quiet in early morning. But we don't mind at all. We are more concerned about the smooth sound of the motor and hope it won't break. So far so good! The remote comes with the pre-configuration which means the product works right away after installation. It is great. However it is not easy when trying to reconfigure the position limit. First, there is no manual/instruction. Customer service provided the video which was not matched to my remote model. We searched the youtube video and found the might-be correct video to match to our remote model. We ended up following the video instruction five times to get the configuration works and we didn't even know what went wrong in our previous tries. I wish there is a written manual instead of video so it's easy to review the setup steps and troubleshot. Regardless Yoolax customer service is super helpful. It appears they are in a different time zone. I usually got the response in the morning pacific time.Overall we are satisfied with our purchase and planed to order more for our living room in the future. I highly recommend the product.

Best blinds ever!
These are great blinds, easy to install and work great! Would recommend the remote as the app is slow to connect sometimes but overall great company with good costumer service

Good Quality Product
As I write this review, I have had the shades installed for about a month. The product arrived carefully packed and in good condition. The build dimensions were spot-on, as I requested them, and fit correctly. The build quality was excellent, and the installation was effortless. It took me an hour to install two windows (one large, one small). My only hiccups were with the smartphone integration and the solar battery. On the smartphone integration, note that selecting the motor that works directly with Apple devices prevents you from having the valance covered in the same fabric (an issue with motor size), so they sent me the Zigbee motor instead (I really like having the valance wrapped in the same finish). To work with the phone using this motor, you need to add a Zigbee hub, which the manufacturer sent for a small fee after explaining. Setting that up was a bit of a pain - I am glad I have the physical remote as a backup because it sometimes does not connect.The other issue was the solar battery connector. The instructions are very sparse, so take it from me: the routing of the USB cable from the battery to the motor needs to be carefully chosen and taped to stay in place (I used Gorilla double-faced tape). If you fail to do this, the roller will eat up the USB cable and rip off the USB connector. I had to splice in a new USB cable (see pictures) to get my battery going after that happened (I am not sure the typical DIY handyperson would be ok with doing that; it required some soldering). So I docked it one star for these issues; I would have docked it two stars, but the customer support was excellent (all via messages, but responsive). I am happy with the result.

Great Product and Customer Service
Motorized blinds work great for the price. The remote control has a very long range and can operate up to 15 blinds at once. Broadlink hub is less reliable than remote, but is fun because it works with Alexa. The one "favorite position" on the remote is a nice feature for when my windows are open in the evening, but that feature does not work with the broadlink hub. We love the color options for the blinds, including the ability to have black backing so the blinds look nice from outside the house as well. As expected, we have to charge the blinds two times per year, except for the blinds with solar chargers. They keep themselves fully charged all the time. Great customer service. Had a charging connector on the motor fail after 1-1/2 years and they sent me a replacement under warranty without any hassle.

Easy to install
The company triple checked the measurements before manufacturing these. They came pretty quickly and were very easy to install. Very pleased with custom shades for a great price!
