Noodles cook up perfectly. Add as much heat as you desire. Improved flavor by adding shrimp, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, crushed peanuts, and a squeeze of lime. Nice quick meal.

Its Actually Pretty Good
I was skeptical. Granted it’s not as great as my favorite Thai eatery …but actually for a “quick fix”, it’s not too bad. I ate it as is and was not disappointed. The flavor is there. I like it a little spicier. With a little effort - dressed with a little fresh veg, bean sprouts a little more spicy heat and some chicken, this will be excellent.
