How long does one filter last? How many liters/galons doea each filter last? How often does the filter have to be changed?

The filters last for 40 gallons.  They can last longer but the health benefits of the water will not be optimized.  The Pitcher of Life creates alkaline mineral-rich drinking water that is also an antioxidant. This means there is an extra hydrogen molecule that attaches to the H2O making it H3O.  Free radicals are missing an electron and normally steal it from your cells or DNA causing aging and health issues. Does it filter plastics?

The filter in the Pitcher of Life is filtered through a mesh size that is very small so all  particles that are not that small are filtered out.  The hole in our Mesh screen is so small that 2,500 of them are in every square inch. I will repeat this:  2,500 holes per square inch means that the plastic particulates are filtered out very, very efficiently
