Mine did not shrink. It really depends on how you want it to fit. If you want a snug fit, perhaps a L would work. It is really up to you.

How do you intend to wear this? Camisoles are pretty much intended to be worn inside another garment. This version also has lace. I don’t know how comfortable you will feel wearing lace if you have not worn it before. Otherwise, I don’t see why not.
