Quick summary of it what I think about it:Its a great watch for any aviation enthusiast, I bought this as I wanted a non leather strap watch to put in the pool for daily use. Its been great and I couldn't fault it so far. If you or a loved one is into aviation and wants a work horse for not that much, grab one of these.Pros:- Super easy to read dial and text.- Great size for my wrist. (On the larger side of wrists.)- Beautiful aesthetics.- Box it comes in feel and looks.- Price on amazon in cheaper than on AVI-8's official website. (I was pleasantly surprised by this.)Cons:- Lume / Glow in the dark on the watch hands is fairly dim. (I work outside most days and it is still not super bright, but still useable in the dark.)Note:You will need your own link removal tool to adjust the size of the watch. (I had my own this this wasn't an issue for me personally.)

For a large watch it is a shame that the watch strap is not a bit longer. I could only use the strap on the last hole, and even then it was tight at times. Having said that the watch is generally comfortable to wear.As for the two inner dials, unless you do go from time zone to time zone then they are really a bit gimmicky. The right hand one (the 24hr dial) lets you know if it is one in the afternoon or one in the morning. If you cannot work that out without looking at your watch then i doubt the watch will help.

Good looking watch, for its size, light in weight. The duel time took a bit of figuring out as the instructions weren't the clearest. I would like the luminous features to stay glowing for a good while longer but it is what it is & the price was reasonable. It tells the time and it looks good, as for durability and longevity, I'll post more in 20yrs when I know more.

Bought for my military aviation loving boyfriend as a much needed watch replacement. I'll admit I was a little hesitant given the price was less than half what avi-8 directly were selling it for and still quite a bit cheaper than the cheapest price I'd found it for at other watch retailers. I needn't of worried though, I can confirm the watch is geniune and comes with avi-8 warranty which you can register for yourself on their website.The watch is gorgeous, the strap size is very generous so not a worry for those with larger wrists. Boyfriend initially said it was quite heavy but also said he quickly got used to it. He's wore it daily for almost two months now and no issues. I set the time and date before giving it to him which was easy and simple to do. All in all, an excellent purchase.

Sadly the description was inaccurate but I still wanted to keep it. Nice item, would I wear it every day over my others? Probably not.
