Used it only once so far, worked well smells good too..!! IDK why people are complaining about it's being too hot, just double boil it and check how hot it is before directly putting on your skin. It comes with only 5 stips and 3 wooden sticks which is sufficient for only 1 time waxing. You need to buy strips seperately.
