Pleasantly surprised!
This bad boy puts in some work! You can program it, so I set it to run at 9:30am and 9:30pm. When I first set it though it was automatically set as “arranged” I had to switch it to “random” so he would leave the kitchen. I have 3 dogs and 3 humans, so a lot of hair everywhere. But it’s not a problem for Phineas. He fills his dust collector everytime! Make sure you tuck away cords, he is a multi surface cruiser. We had no problems with connecting to WiFi. He is not very loud. It’s soooo helpful that the brushes aren’t like regular vacuums, they kind of sweep the dirt in so there’s minimal hair stuck. I’ve only removed and cleaned the brushes once in 10 days. He puts himself to bed. He’s great. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a good robot vacuum without spending the money on name brand.

Worked Great Until It Didn't But Support Got Is Running Again
This OKP vacuum was purchased by me on 7/2/23. Vacuum worked satisfactorily and performed well up until late May 2024, wherein the vacuum no longer appeared to be charging - so the vacuum is currently not operational. Power switch would go on for a moment before turning red and proceeding through a series of beeps. I contacted OKP technical support on 5/29/24 via email to resolve the problem with this vacuum no longer working. Email communications continued through June 2024 and are continuing as of today (July 11, 2024) trying to resolve the problem with my OKP not working. Through the process of elimination, one replacement part was forwarded to me and has been replaced and multiple pictures of the internal workings have been exchanged as technical support continues to troubleshoot the problem. The latest communication from technical support indicates that a new battery for this OKP is needed (cost approx $45 at my expense). However, our email communications that started in May 2024 regarding this problem have now gone beyond the 7/2/24 one-year warranty period, and my discussions are currently ongoing with technical support as to whether or not a new battery will be provided to me to resolve the problem with my OKP since we started the process well within the warranty period. Technical support has been good up to this point but now we are at a standstill about the battery being provided. I am hopeful that they will provide the battery under their 1-year warranty program since this process started well inside the provided warranty period. I will provide an update to this review - either good (they sent the battery) or bad (they refused to honor the warranty), once this matter has been resolved. So currently, my OKP is sitting in a corner — not operational. I will post a follow-up once this matter is resolved. As of today (7/15/24), I have been advised that a battery has been shipped. Update 7/28/24. A new battery was received as promised (minus instructions). But able to figure out how to change the battery - relatively simple. Was so excited to see the blue power light come on. My OKP K4 is now working once again. :):):). Kudos to their technical support, who did not give up on trying to resolve this problem even after the warranty period expired, keeping in mind that this problem started within the warranty period.

Impressed on How Well It Cleans
Was absolutely awesome. It lasted me over 3 years before it finally gave out. It stopped charging but I think it broke because we had a huge storm with power surges and I didn't disconnect it so it might had been my fault. Battery life was amazing and I was really impressed with that. I used it only on tile floor in my kitchen and living room so I can't comment on rug. This particular model only had the "random" cleaning feature meaning it does not record where it has already cleaned. It could repeat the same spot multiple times but I honestly didn't care about that. Those intelligent models always break, stop, get stuck, because of the extra sensors. This little guys was borderline bullet proof. If I wanted it to clean a different spot, I would move it with my foot to the area I wanted. I was mean and abusive to it and it never once broke on me. I got a cat for the first time and didn't want to let her be inside the house because I know how much they shed and didn't want hairs all over the furniture and having to constantly clean the floor and didn't want that cat lady smell in my house. Because she was super young, didn't have a choice but to let her be inside sometimes (especially during bad weather) which is why I bought this robot vacuum. It picks up so many hairs (and trash) that I would have never known where there or have been able to clean. My floors are constantly spotless and no cat lady smells as far as I can tell because I run the vacuum cleaner constantly and often. Great product for the price point.

The OKP K4 is the Bomb -- No Brush to Clean, and Tons of Pick-up Power
I have at least 7 of these grey ones. I've gotten rid of all the Eufys that I started with. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE GREY ONE ONLY. The OKP K4. It sucks up at 3600 pa, and that is A LOT of power. NO BRUSH to clean. Extremely simple. [And I have two golden retrievers and four cats.]. My whole house is set up for automatic vacuums. So they never get stuck, because I've worked out all the getting stuck areas. I don't map. Or use the app. What's important to me is that my over 2000 square foot house gets clean. I turn them on, on each floor when I leave to work out. When I come back, all the floors are clean. I'm gone for about two hours, and they run at least that long. They use random movement because I don't map. But they run so long, they eventually get everywhere. As a PS: not having to clean brushes is BIG TIME. I do meticulously tap the dust out of the filters every single time, and change them once a week. YES, YOU CAN WASH THEM OUT -- very easy and non-time consuming. And these vacuums are cheap !! I've tried the others -- don't get them, they're not powerful enough. But these grey OKP K4's are the bomb.

Poor battery life. No roller brush so works poorly on carpet.
Works well on wood floors. With medium vacuum settings, it gets pet hair and most small trash (ie. small leaves) well and runs about 2 hours. Gets stuck fairly easily. On high vacuum setting, it goes about one hour. Irritant: if you charge it and don't use it for a couple of days, the battery discharges and you have to recharge it again before usage. It's OK...thankfully I bought it when on sale undr $100, if I had paid full claimed MSRP I would have returned it. Not one I would buy again. EDIT: 14 months in: Battery had o be replaced - though most of the batteries do not list the K4, looks like almost all of those rectangular vacuum batteries fit. It is NOT easy to replace - most competitors have a separate battery port cover with a couple of screws. On the K4 you have to unscrew a ring of screws under the base, unplug multiple plugs from the circuit board, then unscrew three MORE screws on the PC board, before you can access the battery. Not for the faint-hearted! However, it is not that hard if you are careful and a new battery cured its woes. Symptoms of dying battery: it usually returned to its base at 14% charge, that rose to 43% as the battery wore out. Once it started losing power over 25%, it would not return to base. If you have these symptoms, buy a battery and find a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Fantastic robot - I’m in love
This is just a fantastic robot vacuum. I actually like it better than another brand (eufy) that I paid twice the price for. I paid $69 for this one, and $139 for the eufy. I was worried it would be junk. But I HAVE NO REGRETS. I love this thing. First off, this robot is an aesthetically-pleasing dark blue with a textured “matte” finish. The matte finish is GREAT because it doesn’t instantly get dirty looking like the typical shiny finish that robot vacuums all have for no good reason. My shiny-finish eufy shows every last fingerprint, every last speck of dust that falls on it while cleaning… Meanwhile THIS baby looks GREAT and only occasionally requires a quick brush of the hand to remove dirt from its surface. It also has an app which logs its operation and you can schedule it to clean as many times a day as you want, and choose the days that it is scheduled for. I have had no problems with the app and really enjoy using it. It has always returned to its dock. It is top-loading! So cleaning the dust bin doesn’t require flipping the robot over! Fantastic design. While docked, it doesn’t produce any light, which I appreciate because it docks in my room and I like to sleep in darkness. It has great suction. I LOVE that it doesn’t have a roller. I have four cats and a dog, plus people with long hair, living in my house. The roller-free design is fantastic for hair. (The eufy requires I rip hair out of the roller fairly regularly. Very annoying.) It doesn’t make super annoying beeping noises. **Cons:** It does not clean for as long as the eufy. I typically get 20 minutes of cleaning from it before it returns home to charge. That is perfect for my bedroom—more than enough— but if you have a large area that needs cleaning, you may be frustrated by the shorter battery life. The eufy can run seemingly forever compared to this vacuum.

You get what you pay for
I bought this vaccum on sale because I wanted something to maintain my unfinished basement floor. The basement mostly has a fine grit everywhere due to a combination of deteriorating masonry, workshop, and general dust. This was hard on my fancier robo vacuum, and I wanted that one back for the living space anyway. With the dual brushes and the brushless suction, this vacuum is well-prepared for the job. It is also much smaller than any other I've owned. The remote control is reasonably convenient, though I wish instead that it had functional app control. That is about the end of what I can complement. The vacuum is barely able to navigate my (largely unfurnished) basement. It bumbles around in random directions. Statistically it cleans up a reasonable amount of floor, but it also leaves quite a lot of floor untouched. It is not able to navigate back to the base (which would only require as much intelligence as following the wall until it bumps into the charger). Within the first couple of runs, the entire top of the vacuum was dusty. When I pushed the power button, some grit slid into the mechanism and jammed it, so the power button is now stuck 90% down. If I use the remote, this is not a problem, but typically I forget and click the power button on the device. The button then becomes 100% stuck down and I have to bang on it until it creaks back upwards, otherwise the vacuum beeps every few minutes like some device an obnoxious child would hide to annoy you. The beep codes do not match any beep code in the manual, so I have no idea what it is actually complaining about. Compared to other devices at this price point, it isn't able to show a map on the app so that you can easily find it when it gets stuck. That was a miss on my part, because it's something I really wanted. Overall, you get what you pay for. This vacuum does do some cleaning. Beyond that, I wish I had paid a bit more to get a bit more.

Robot Vacuum Cleaner, WiFi/App/Alexa
This was a good deal for the price. I use it on my kitchen floor, it doesnt seem to pick up as good on carpet. not the best suction. I use it more for quick clean ups
