Nothing special here. You can pick up many others at lesser prices, same quality. This is not a natural product. It is Lab created same as others, at a much lower price.

Just don't trust the ethics of large corporations and what they'll do to make money, so sorry to say but I won't be buying any more items from pure encapsulations as Nestlé owns them.

i take several supps, so it's difficult to isolate the effect of one; therefore i can't really comment on the effectiveness. my big issue is that the capsules have a terrible smell and taste, in spite of having a distant "use by" date. i get around it by taking with a thick juice to mask the taste. will not buy again.
