Don't buy a new bottle, just replace the cap.
The seal broke on my original lid, as it was leaking and no longer keeping my drinks cold or hot. Rather than buy a new bottle, I found this replacement lid for around $5.

Good product, strange smell
The lid fits my Takeya water bottle with no leaks and shipped quickly, but it has a strong chemical smell that has not yet gone away despite washing by hand twice and washing in the dishwasher once. It's gotten a little less strong so hopefully it will go away with a few more washes, but I never had this issue with my original Takeya lid (which I replaced with this one because it was leaky).

Takeya Actives Replacement Lid
My son's emotional support Takeya Actives water bottle lid cracked. Thank you, Takeya, for having replacement lids. Nothing like a new lid on a water bottle that looks like it's been dropped off several cliffs. Good value for a replacement lid, doesn't leak, easy for my neurospicy kid to open and close, fits an 18 oz Takeya Actives.
