adapter
this was purchased to use on our short wave radio. We still haven't found the one that came with it so I am glad you were able to provide a replacement unit. My husband takes it with us on trips to keep up with his Christian news pod casts.

No complaints, it works.
I'm using this on a TECSUN pl-360 with no problems. Those that are hearing static or humming, that sounds like it could be in the power lines, or you have your radio to close to a device that is causing the interference.
