I have tried so many things for a peaceful night’s rest. And while most can get me to fall asleep quickly, none have helped me to stay asleep. This supplement has done that for me after two weeks. I make sure to take two in the morning for clarity and two at night before bed. I’m very happy with this company. I also take their Huperzine capsules which has been life changing for me in terms of memory and focus. Also great for lucid dreaming. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of five is because I find the 2000mg label to be misleading. The dosage is 4 capsules. This makes the potency exactly the same as every other brand available. Someone in another review wrote that he was happy to find this in a higher dose. That’s not actually true. Serving sizes for the other brands are 1 capsule.
