Cartridge is leaking
My filter is leaking and the window to return it is no longer available. It must have leaked for days very slowly and caused damage to my cabinet. I have had the system for several years and know how to change the filter, this is the first time this has happened to me. It is leaking from the bottom of the cartridge. I used it for only 2 weeks. Please check your cartridge often for leaking this could have caused serious water damage and lead to a mold issue and now I'm out for the cost of the new filter. Very disappointed!!!

I hooked this up to our filter under our sink and it leaks doesn’t work properly

Overrated life $600 annual expense!!!
Over rated life!!! family of four, mostly not home, light use to rinse dishes and fill kettle. Lasts for 2-3 months ONLY. price went up from $70 to $110. $$$$$500-600 annual expense Also, recently unable to change filter; it got stuck. release mechanism failed.
