Heavy rugged super non stick. Have had heavy use for months and no decline in performance. Easy to clean. As non stick as the day they were new. They take a minute to heat up on a radiant cooktop because of the mass, but once heated, heat is evenly distributed. And you can still put a sear on food, unlike PTFE coated pans which do not last. Inexpensive and reliable. What is not to like?

Compared to some other lighter non-stick frying pans I've purchased, these heat more evenly, take a lower induction top setting and are more durable. I'm not a gourmet cook, but my wife and I cook eggs and breakfast meat 4 or 5 days a week plus other frying duties at dinnertime. I thought these pans were very solid (hefty) for the price. The provided lid can be used with all of the pans. They clean easily and seem more durable than the smoother non-stick finishes. It's been a year now, and they're still going strong. There's a little discoloration probably from all the butter used for quesadillas and cheese sandwiches. Purely cosmetic, though. Doesn't bother us.

They do have some scratches in them already and some staining that's difficult to remove. They do cook evenly but the handles aren't oven safe, so that's sort of a downer.

Great pans. The non stick surface works great, pans heat nicely, clean easily, and are very durable. Lid works great also. We’ve purchased more expensive pans previously - these cooksmark pans are defintely our favorite. Works both on our induction stove and on our gas stove very well.

Purchased as a gift for expert cook. Pans were well-received and reports are excellent. They are being used on a non-inductive cooktop.From my own examination, the quality is great. The pans are slightly heavy due to their substantial thickness. The bottoms are absolutely flat which helps for glass-top surfaces. Bottoms are so good, they look machined or milled. I cannot imagine these warping anytime soon. No-stick surfaces are attractive and, at least initially, fully effective.Note: The handles are solid and substantial, but will not hold up in an oven.

These pans look great and cook well, but only a month old and they have turned yellow. We only hand wash them which wasn't even required. Not sure why the finish has turned dingy, but it's kind of disappointing since they were a gift to my husband.

Had for a few months now. Loving the set! The excess stuff after frying easily comes off under running water making it even easier to either hand wash or put in dishwasher. Food does not stick. Nice and heavy cookware. Nice selection of sizes. Would recommend the product.

Very pleased with this set of cookware. Although it takes them a few minutes to heat up, the food cooks well once they do. They are especially easy to clean--never had an issue with food sticking. I also like the cover which can be used on the two larger pans.
