My life has not been in a culture of drinking tea. I do not have a sophisticated palate for types or varieties. But I can taste a decided freshness and purity in this selection of teas. My hubby gifted this assortment as a Sweetheart gift for Valentine's. It is perfect! The box in which it is packaged is so charming I plan on resourcing it for a seed saver. There are zero calories and I have enjoyed 1-2 cups daily in the chill of winter with a comforting aroma that relaxes and is calming. With 36 servings, I still have many more to enjoy yet. I will purchase again. I recommend this Vahdam assortment for anyone who wishes to give a wonderful gift that will be appreciated or steeping many cups of tea you will truly enjoy.

Okay, I'll admit that the packaging drew me to purchase this tea. The box is beautiful, and the company seems caring, which are definitely important things. For me drinking tea is 90% about the tea, but 10% ambiance, so the pretty packaging was a bonus. However, it wasn't worth it to me. I personally didn't care for the flavors of the different teas very much (that is likely just me, as I'm a traditionalist with tea), and I didn't feel good about sustainability, to find that each tea bag envelope was very large, but the actual tea bag within it quite small. It could have used an envelope half the size that they are in, or less. I did feel that the packaging was wasteful, both the envelopes and the box, and I will choose a more sustainable, and less wasteful option, next time.
