Purple Harmony Pillow - Medium Loft, King Size - Cooling Gel Neck Pillow

I tried a lot of different pillows and couldn’t find one that didn’t bother my neck. As a side sleeper I have broad shoulders so I have a hard time finding pillows. I tried a few with shredded memory foam which were comfortable, but they also behave like goose down pillows. After spending over $100 a couple of times for pillows I didn’t like I finally bit the bullet and bought this ridiculously expensive Purple pillow. I like the memory foam, it has a nice support but not too hard. I has a honeycomb cover that helps reduce the heat. It is very comfortable and worth the price. I won’t be looking anymore this is the one. Soft yet not so soft it doesn’t support the neck and head. 4 stars on price, 5 build quality, 5 on looks, 5 on comfort.

This is THE PILLOW (at least for me). I went through a phase (a few years) when I only wanted super firm pillows, but after dealing with neck pain in the morning I decided to hunt for The Pillow. I bought so many, including ones that advertise as cervical pillows, memory foam, “hotel pillows” etc. This pillow was super expensive but when it went on sale I knew I had to try it. I don’t know how to explain it other than it is SO comfortable. I am 5’5” and not a big person, so I got the medium loft and it’s perfect for sleeping on my side, back, or stomach. It’s not necessarily firm OR fluffy, but it feels like it cradles my head perfectly. This pillow paired with a mattress topper and a Mellow comforter has been the absolute best combination. I wake up with zero neck or back pain. I’ve never tried a pillow with the material that this is made of, and it definitely is a little weird looking (almost bumpy) when I use thin cooling pillowcases, but it’s truly worth the money. I recommend trying it out because it’s truly a different pillow experience. I’d take a picture of it but I’m currently using it and I have cat paralysis lol

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been really impressed with this pillow. It provides great support for my neck, and I no longer wake up with neck discomfort. The height is just right—not too high or too flat—so it feels very comfortable whether I’m sleeping on my back or my side. As a side sleeper, I also love how cool the pillow stays throughout the night. It doesn’t trap heat like my old pillow did, which has made sleeping much more comfortable. One unexpected bonus is that my snoring has actually become less noticeable since I started using this pillow. I can’t say the pillow alone is the reason, but I’ve definitely seen an improvement. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, cooling, and well worth the purchase. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a better night’s sleep.

I tried many pillow types of all prices. From premium down to ultra luxury foams. Living in a hot, humid climate - most of the so-called "best pillows" don't play well with heat. This is the only pillow that does, thanks to the gel grid case & latex pillow. However, this is not a long-lasting pillow. After a year, the latex already shrunk and compressed to the point that pillowcases became visibly loose. The gel grid itself is still fine. The "Medium Loft" pillow veered towards "Low Loft". So if "Medium Loft" feels too high on first purchase, it might work out in your favor. Don't buy the "Low Loft" version, ever. Additionally, on first purchase, I'd consider this Medium-to-Soft in feel, whereas after a year it just becomes Soft. The latex pillow itself is very ventilated (many holes), which provides this soft feel. I previously had other latex pillows which gave me neck pain due to their bounce-back pressure, but this one does not have that issue. They also recently designed the gel grid case compared to older models, and it makes a huge difference. The case is now split into two parts, the gel grid part & the outer case. The issue with the old design is that it could take days to air-dry (you can't use a dryer). Way faster now. Overall, a best-in-class latex cooling pillow, made better with the gel grid case's redesign - as long as you're willing to replace it yearly.

I had been searching for a good pillow for quite a while. I usually prefer thicker, more supportive pillows, but for some reason I kept waking up with neck pain. I tried several different options and just couldn't find one that worked for me. A friend recommended the Purple pillow and said she absolutely loved it. I was definitely skeptical because of the price, but I decided to give it a try. After using it for about 10 months, I can honestly say it was worth the investment. It is breathable and provides great support while still adapting comfortably to our head and neck. One thing I really appreciate is that it doesn't feel like a traditional memory foam pillow, which I personally don't enjoy. It has a unique feel that is supportive without making you feel like you're sinking into it. Interestingly, the friend who recommended it actually prefers thinner pillows, and she loves it just as much as I do. So even though we have completely different preferences, this pillow seems to work well for both of us. One minor downside is that, as you can see in the photos, it has developed some cosmetic wear after less than a year of use. Considering the price, I wish it held up a little better. Also, it's heavier than a standard pillow. If you use a silk pillowcase like I do, it tends to slide off more easily because of the extra weight. I'd absolutely buy it again and would confidently recommend it—10/10.

So I've had this pillow for over a yesr and loved it at first. I even went so far as to have family try it out just to see how awesome it was. I never slept hot anymore and overall it was great. I have the medium loft and mainly a back sleeper with some side from time to time. Well over the last 3 months or so I've started to have problems with the pillow. Its been putting my neck ina wierd shape curved that has started to cause problems with not only sleep but also when im awake I have neck pain. At first I thought i slept wrong so I watched that and kept trying to sleep while watching how I slept but I got worse. I thought hmm let's try another pillow sometimes that helps. Within 2 days all the pain was gone basically. I thought hmm maybe it was a fluke and over the next few months I would sqitch back to my purple pillow and be ok for about 2 or 3 days then back to pain. At this point I am 100% sure it is the pillow because when I dont use it everything is fine but the moment I use it I have problems within a day or two. For the price I paid for the pillow I did not expect to have any problems a yearish later with it. I dont think I'll be trying this brand ever again after this experience.

The most I had ever previously spent on a pillow was $50 (which I thought was a lot), & finding pillows that were firm & supportive enough was difficult at best. My previous favorite had to be replaced every 6 months, & then they changed their design. It no longer met my needs. I was on the hunt again... Two years ago, I found the tall Harmony Purple Pillow. I hesitated because of the price. (I was poor most of my life, so I was thinking, "What kind of caviar & yacht pillow is this?!? Nah.") But then I read one reviewer's comment that pointed out that, even if the pillow only lasted a year, that equated to something like $16/month for quality sleep. With all my arthritis & what not, that was a solid point. I skeptically bought one & kept telling myself "$16 a month...$16 a month...." Yo. I am NEVER going back. This pillow has alleviated so much neck, back, & shoulder pain while I sleep! Then we bought my husband one....same outcome. Then my best friend (whose had neck surgery) bought one. Then we all bought travel versions since we can't live without them now. Then our adult kids asked for their own for Christmas. While changing our sheets today, we were commenting that the pillows have held up well & looked back in our Amazon orders & saw that we bought ours 2 years ago...2 years & zero signs of losing support or structure! So now, we're at a $8.72/month investment....worth every. single. cent. Downsides? Hmm.....I can only think of 2. First, I routinely wake up with the waffle weave pattern embossed on my cheek, but I'm come to associate that with a good night of sleep. If you're sensitive about what gets embossed on your face, this might be a deterrent for you. Second, no other pillow meets our needs anymore. Traveling became miserable, & we found ourselves buying stacks of cheap pillows & abandoning them at hotels & house rentals. We finally pulled the trigger on the travel versions, & now we're good to go. TLDR: These pillows are amazing, & you'll become a pillow snob.

I feel like Goldilocks on the hunt for the "just right" pillow. This is not it. I have literally spent $2500 on pillows in the last 2 years. I am a side sleeper. I am also a side sleeper that flip flops in the night, just never staying in one place. This particular pillow is fine - it holds its loft, but its flat, its flat like a pancake that bounces. Ooh, ever make a Japanese style pancake? That's this pillow, but heavier. I don't have an issue with getting too hot sleeping, but this pillow is apparently known for staying cool and I wake up cool, so that's great! Quality seems to be good - but it flops. So you pick it up and it doubles over on itself, which is fine, just explaining the "experience". Is it worth $225, absolutely not - I have cheaper pillows that provide similar support (flat and floppy), might not be as good of quality, but if the sleep is not improving this becomes not worth the cost. I think there is one considered "high", I have the "medium" - so I would opt for the "high" next time to see if that gives me a little more loft. But no way I want to invest $500 on a pillow brand that isn't quite cutting it the first time.

Was a little skeptical, but haven't had the best of luck finding pillows I like, as I'm very picky about this. And when I do find them, they never seem to last. I don't like memory foam (too firm). Decided to try some latex pillows and ordered this one along with one other. So figured I'd give this a try and if I didn't like it, just return it. Well it arrived the other day and I LOVE it. It's very malleable. I always spend some of my downtime in bed reading my kindle. So I like to lay on my side when I do this. It works great for that. Head is at the correct height and if I bunch up the pillow just a little, I can be right on the end of the pillow so I can read my kindle that's propped up on the bed. I also sleep on my back a lot. Again, this is working great for that. Constant support throughout the night. It's hard to describe. It is very comfortable and has lots of cushioning. But it also has a firmness to it that supports my head. It doesn't have that pure softness that other pillows have. But that little firmness is what I assume allows it to keep doing it's thing all night long. And that firmness, isn't so firm as to cause issues, just enough to keep things supported. I was hesitant about it... but am so glad I decided to give it a go - worth every penny. Now it'll just be a matter of how long it holds up. Pillows I've had in the past (even expensive ones) rarely lasted longer than ~14 mths, but none of those were latex ones... so will see.

We bought two pillows of different sizes. We are very happy with the purchase! They are excellent quality and were delivered surprisingly quickly. We will recommend this company to our friends

Have a Purple Pillow at home in the U.S. Wanted one here for long stays in my hotel to help me sleep. Unfortunately, this one is nowhere near the Purple Pillow I have at home. Thin, flimsy & no support.

Very, very ridiculously expensive BUT, WOW—so worth it. I’ve spent a king’s ransom on pillows throughout my life trying to find the “right” one to no avail. Well I finally found it. Praise be to God! I’m a happy sleeper now! No guarantee came in the box. I thought it was to come with a 90 day trial guarantee—maybe not, doesn’t matter because you’ll have to snatch it from my cold dead arms. God willing I’ll be able to afford a second one someday. Only downfall— there was an initial bit of some kind of off-gassing odour, but nothing horrendous and it did disapate.

I was scolded for how much I would spend on this pillow but seriously if you care about quality and your sleep, this is the pillow for you! I low how squishy yet firm and supportive it is! And stay cool! Very happy with my purchase!
