I have used this vitamin for a couple of years. it was on advice of a physical therapist; boy has it been a game changer. I have very bad arthritis and tendinitis in my knees and ankles for years now. My insurance stopped paying for my Lyrica so I’ve been taking Tylenol for years. By the beginning of the second month, I noticed the tenderness and stiffness was better. By the end of the 2nd month, it was a lot better and my movement are much better.
