Love my pasta cooked

Use this as a back up for a commercial pasta cooker. Been in the US for about two months and hasn’t let me down. Definitely a good product as a back up in case your commercial pasta cooker goes down.

I got this Commercial 6 Holes Noodle Cooking Machine and it blew me away. The cooking is fast and the results are always spot-on. The noodle filter makes it a cinch to separate the noodles from the boiling water. It's a reliable and efficient gadget for my kitchen. If you were using this in a commercial setting you may find the amount it holds to be a little small. For me, it was perfect. Everyone in the house seems to like a different type of pasta, so now everyone can have what they like.

I found this pasta cooker to be a reliable addition to my kitchen, and I use it almost daily for preparing meals. I appreciate how it heats up quickly and I can cook noodles or dumplings without any hassle. I can set the temperature depending on what I’m making and I like that it maintains a steady heat throughout the process. I’ve tried boiling vegetables in it too and I was impressed by how evenly everything cooks. I enjoy the six noodle filters which make it easy to separate portions and I don’t have to worry about anything sticking together. I clean it without much effort, and I feel it saves me time compared to using multiple pots. It’s a solid kitchen tool for anyone who cooks a lot like myself.

It broke down in less than half a year. What a waste of money.

So, just being totally honest, it's not the highest quality piece of commercial equipment I've ever used, and I've used quite a bit. But the overall construction is pretty decent, it works well, and as they say, "it gets the job done". The per-pot capacity isn't super-large, so maybe this is more at home in a smaller restaurant or even as a buffet server, probably not in a full-scale high-demand restaurant. Of course you can buy larger capacity, better quality machines, but...figure you're going to double the price just to get started.I gave this 5 stars simply because it works well and represents quite an exceptional value. Clearly worth the asking price, but its best in a lower to mid-demand role rather than a high-demand role.

This is perfect for a food truck. It makes single servings easy and allows you to have different types of pasta, different cooking times and that makes things easy when you are making things to order. It wouldn’t work on a large scale for a restaurant, but for a food truck it works great. It is easy to clean, and you don’t have to worry about rust because it’s stainless steel. I also think it would be great for home use for a large family. It's easy to use and cooks quickly. The instructions aren’t the best, but thankfully it’s pretty simple to use. I do think it’s important to note that its’s really 3 slots with 6 openings, 2 for each slot.

This commercial pasta cooker arrived intact, in new condition, and well protected using multiple forms of foam padding within a generic looking box. The instructions do not appear professionally produced. The wording is a bit rough as though parts of it were lost in translation. Navigating the equipment however is not problematic. It's easy to use and has six different slots for single serve noodles. The quality of build is about what I would expect from a commercial appliance, with its thin, stainless steel panels. Overall, I recommend.
