Great raincoat. Mid-calf length. Perfect coverage

This is a no frills rain coat that does what it should: keep the rain off. It's made of nylon-poly fabric with a rubber-like coating. It has a "rain proof" zipper along with a zipper-covering flap that fastens with metal snaps. The snaps are good quality that are easy to use and look like they'll last. There's a good size hood with a drawstring. There are two 6.5" by 7.5" pockets with flaps but no snaps. I'm 5' 9" and a medium fits me well. There is enough room for a bulky hoodie sweater. Overall, I gave this a rating of 4 stars. It didn't get the fifth star for several reasons. First of all, there are no vents, not in the arm pits, not along the upper back. The fabric is non breathing, so in warmer weather you're likely to get a bit sweaty if the coat's fully zipped. The pockets are simple patch pockets with no access to inside pockets. If you're in the rain digging for keys in your pants pockets you have to unzip or pull the coat up. There are no cord locks on the hood drawstring. If you want to tighten the hood opening you'll have to tie a knot and then untie it when you want out of the coat. The zipper does not have the option to partially open from the bottom. If you have a longer stride you may find the zipped coat a bit constraining due to coat's length. To be fair, you could not use the zipper and depend on the top three or four snaps. Overall I like this raincoat. It's not perfect, but none of its shortcomings are showstoppers.

This is a nice raincoat! Seems to be solid construction. There is no lining. The material is traditional raincoat materia. More on the rubbel is not too thin and not too thick. Ithas wonderful big pockets in the front. I didn't keep it because it was a little long for me. i am a woman and 5'8".

Very nice rain coats will meet my needs.

Overall this is a great jacket, it's lightweight, fairly breathable, and rolls up tightly for vehicle storage. The only thing I don't like about it it the zipper, it's reversed from how they normally are on men's clothing and starts a little too low. Today I broke the zipper stepping up into my work truck. It would be great if the zipper was like on some winter coats where it can be unzipped from the bottom so my legs can move more freely.

I have had this coat for a week now and have worn it twice in the rain as we get a fair amount of rain here in BC . This coat is exactly as described. I am 6 feet tall and It fits me well with good room available for walking in the rain. It is long enough to cover the legs below the knees. The hood is big enough to cover my face. It does not have a lining so will work well in the summer. In cooler weather it is large enough to give room to wear a heavier sweat coat or puffy jacket to keep warm. It appears to be relatively well made with a decent zipper and snap buttons. I like it very much.
