I use this for all of my keys; personal, car, and client, and as I'm taking them on and off my belt throughout the day, wanted to ensure I had something easy to remove and attach but that couldn't come unclipped by itself and risk losing any of these items. This clip is perfect. The mechanism is easy to operate with one hand - you simply twist the barrel, which allows you to unclip the keys, and as soon as you let go it will spin and snap back into place. This means that it's always locked by default, unless you turn the barrel and hold it back as you open the clip. I wasn't 100% sure how this worked until I tried it, but it really is very clever and very easy to use. I like the security of knowing that keys can't just fall off, and find the whole thing to be nice and sturdy, so am sure it'll last me years. It's a good size for several lots of keys, and attaches to my belt loops well.

Very well-built, and the mechanism works surprisingly well! I use them to attach my bike lock keys to the outside of my backpack whilst cycling, so they have a pretty important role, but having them in hand, I'm happy to trust them for this. They also look pretty good, with a nice flash of red under the black backing. I'm assuming though they probably cost a fair bit less to make, so perhaps the price could be a bit better.

These clips are so useful. I wanted something strength tested and of a certain size for a very particular reason - My Assistance Dog's lead was 5/6cm too short for when I was using my wheelchair. There was no point in purchasing a new lead and I couldn't find one of a suitable length and style anyway so instead I use one of these. Its so perfect and I use it daily. They are really good quality and they are absolutely perfect for what i need

Bought these to attach things to my golf bag. They are excellent, the spring works well, and the extra twist spring to secure them ensures things do not become detached. It also means that they are easy to take off the bag.

Used to replace broken swivels on my dog leads. So far, proving a good buy - seem very sturdy easily supporting a 30kg+ dog. The self-locking mechanism is great...easy to operate and seems robust. Used for a few weeks three times a day, appx 10mls daily. No distortion or degradation of the mechanism. Some of the black colouring has worn but a small price to pay for something I trust. Would recommend!
