These boots have improve the quality of my life. I am a retired woman who lives on A farm. These boots were comfortable from the first try own. They are very well-made. They provide great ankle support, and the souls make your step secure. I can wear them all day without any discomfort. They are insulated, and a foot bed is comfortable. Please do heed the warning's about size; these boots run very large. My real foot size is 9 1/2 narrow. I usually buy boots in 10 medium. I ordered these in 9 1/2 medium. They would have fit better if I had ordered a nine. Also they seem like wide rather then medium width. The listings are excellent. I am able to pull them tight enough to give good support to the middle of my foot and my ankle. I had wanted to buy a second pair, but the price had gone up by about $40 about two weeks later. Next time I will buy in the warm weather, to get a better price. They arrived very quickly. These boots are so good that I need to give them five stars despite any problems with size.

Overall very happy, well made boot, nice leather. I had to return the first pair because it was a little too big. I normally wear a perfect 7 1/2 in most shoes/boots, but the 7 1/2 was too big/long in this boot. I exchanged it for a size 7 and it was much better, fits comfortably. I have a narrow foot and there was no problem with the width. Deep, rich brown leather, great quality especially for the money. Many other boot manufacturers were much more money or cheap replicas. I bought them for going motorcycling riding with my husband - I walked around all day with them the first day, not much break in period needed, pleasantly surprised. I'm thinking I might want to try adding a padded insole even though they are padded fairly nicely inside, I think the added insole might make them even more comfortable for longer days. Very happy with the purchase though and best price was found on Amazon!

Was originally nervous as I never order boots online. But I really happy with them! Right out of the box they are a gorgeous deep brown. Genuine Leather and feel as heavy as they should for quality. Solid sole and stitching. Fit's True to Size and I am a 10W which is what I ordered and received. I have weak ankles from previous injuries and these seem to have just the right amount of support to keep me upright. Has just enough room for thick winter sock but I also can wear my summer socks as well. Bought for work as I am a commercial driver and will make great hunting boots.

These boots are great quality and very durable. However, they will take A LOT of breaking in. They are actually very painful for me- and while I think that would go away once I break them in, it's too much for me. I'm sending them beck.

I wanted to test these boots out before I wrote a review--As a full time Forestry student in the Pacific Northwest, these boots are amazing! Well worth the money and a great investment.I have used them during slash burning, cutting small timber with chainsaws, measuring riparian zones thick with old growth timber and devil’s club during a rainstorm.I wore them for about 2 weeks everywhere I went to break them in before use (I didn’t fully lace them to make the bottom part of the boot more flexible for when I did decide to fully lace them for class/work). They have held up in water better than expected and super comfortable.I use mink oil to keep the leather moisturized and waterproof.

I just got these boots in the mail, and I'm wearing them now...they fit just right; I have a wide foot and the 10W (womens) fits just right.Not sure what some other reviewers meant by them being in men's sizes...mine certainly aren't. They are roomy to wear with heavy socks.The only drawback is the fact that my ankles and calves are wide, and so at the top the tongue doesn't meet the sides of the upper, but that's something that I can't really ever fix and it's not a detriment to the boots' performance.The leather is thick and supple; a lovely dark russet brown. I also have ankles with a tendency to roll, and there's no way that'll happen with these babies on. Best $100 boots I've ever bought.Bonus: they look like Dean Winchester's boots. Time to go kick some demon butt.

These were great the first few months then they started to crack on both boots.. I have had them 3 months and they are cracked and leak so my feet get wet.
