Can I link this to my laptop so it comes out of its speakers?

Hi, thanks for asking! If you want to use the PTU-5000 system with your computer, you will need an audio interface to connect them together. Thank you.

Why can’t I hear the mic?

Hi, thanks for asking. The PTU-5200 is a wireless system. You can use the transmitters (bodypack and handheld mic) to pick up your sound then transmit to the receiver wirelessly. You will need to connect this system to a speaker in order to output the sound. Thank you.

My Mic is self turning or or going on standby even though the battery is Full, there is no manual in the box why is this and what do I need to do?

My mic set is all at the moment it sounds like you may have a faulty one. Please get in touch with Amazon customer car and they will only be to pleased to help you out.

Do all phenyx wireless systems operate in the 500mhz range? aren't these illegal in the uk?

Hi, thanks for asking. Most of our microphone systems are in the 500MHz frequency band. You need a licence for use in the UK. Thank you.
