Worked great for our electric wet vacuum. Our vacuum needed 1000w bought 2000w to be on the safe side - worked great.

Bought to use with some Japanese (100V) audio equipment. Description states it does 100V but I checked with a power meter first before plugging any equipment in and it was actually outputting 115V ish. That was from both output sockets. Ok most things could handle the slight increase in volts but I’m not risking rare equipment with variations like that. Contacted the seller and they just came back saying yes it outputs 100V don’t worry. Well it doesn’t so had to return it.

Works fine as a step-down transformer, but it has a bit of a design flaw, in that it is solid state and has limited ventilation from the case. This means that with only a moderate amount of use, it will overheat and thermal shutdown. By adding a small external fan over the ventilation holes, it works perfectly long term.

Silent performance.

Works well with my Namco Noir Japanese import arcade machine rated at 450watt.

I used it for 1.3kW coffee machine, it works as expected. Also used it for a laser printer, no problems.

Product didn’t work. Switched the button on day 1 but no power was going through. The next day the power button would not even switch on. Never used it for its purpose which was a 1200w Japanese kettle, I could see the kettle light on but not actually warming up even though trying for 10 minutes at the time. Sadly, useless piece of equipment. I returned it straight away.

Worked fine for 7 months, then failed with a burning smell and a little smoke. Credit to the supplier as they apologized for the failure and issued a refund. Good to know they stand by their product.
