Expected container to be larger than it is. The height includes the lid with its handle. It looks good and does what it is needed for, just wish it was bigger.

This cookie jar came in excellent condition! High quality and packed in the box sooooo well. I bought it to put my dog's large milk-bones in and this is really cute for that. I'm going to put his name on it at some point. Lid sits/seals well, yet easy to take off with one hand. Love it!Update: I ordered a cute deal for my dog's treat jar, and this jar looks even more cute now!
