Trick to unlocking the pump?

Romve pump from bottle and hold tightly under the collar. Then twist upper part to the left, and my pump unlocked.

where can I find replacement pumps? I dropped a bottle & one of the pumps broke!

Check with Amazon to see if they have any in stock I usually stock up on the bottles because replacement pumps are extremely difficult to find

How wide is the hole opening?

extremely small. I've had no problems so far with shampoo and conditioner and body wash but anything thicker would be a problem
