Don’t really care for the watery consistency, flavor wasn’t good

Tried to decorate a Japanese cheesecake directly with this icing and it absorbed into the cake, watercolor-style instead of keeping precise lines. My bad, just a note for others like me who might not anticipate that. I'd definitely get this again, for firm cookies as well as for more porous items that I would treat with a light frosting or other layer first. Good vivid color (I thought it was on the edge of pinkish red as-is) and of course a generous sized container.

I bought two of these to decorate cookies with my 4 year old - one red and one pink.Pros: They were easy to microwave and use right away. My daughter could use these by herself without needing any help. They tasted like really sugary icing.Cons: The containers have pre-cut holes in the tips and the holes are really large. This works fine for flooding type decorating if you want the whole cookie to be iced in one color, but not if you want to draw with any fine lines.Overall, don’t expect to be able to make professional looking cookies with these. They don’t work nearly as well as professional tips and piping bags. But for people looking for something easy with their little kids, this does the trick.

Was baking dessert for a Chiefs superbowl party and, of all things, forgot the red icing. With one day before the game, all the stores were sold out or didn't carry the right type or kind. Found this one and recieved it the next day. Problem solved. And it turned out great! The tip made it easy to apply. Which is great for the artistically challenged like me.

I ordered three of these to decorate baseball looking rice crispy treats. It was going over set white chocolate, but even still pooled and dripped ruining the line look I was going for. It smeared easily. I could see this working for flooding a cookie after using a different, stiffer icing to pipe a border, but for detail decorating, this was not a great option. I didn't have time to choose something else, so I just apologized for the "rustic" looking treats. The color was opaque which was nice.

Great product! I like to make homemade seasonal sugar cookies with my two preschoolers and these are easy for both of them (and me!) to use without spills. Perfect flow. The icing dries quickly and is pretty tasty too

I bought three of these because I didn't want to transport my bags, dyes, and Royal Icing to another location for decorating Valentine's Day cookies. I like the packaging and nozzle for squeezing the icing onto the cookie. I thought that being Wilton would mean the texture would be perfect for decorating cookies. Not so. The icing was thin making it hard to write on cookies without running off the side or filling in all the spaces on letters. I will not purchase again.
