I bought Pepl's bio stove from Amazon and I really liked it. I keep this stove on the terrace of my house and use it to heat water during winters. This stove gives more heat than gas and works at a lower cost. Its size is also perfect, the quality of steel is also good.

The packaging of this product was also very good. There were 2 boxes and the product was inside them, so we received the item without any damage. I also liked their executive support. At first, I did not understand how to use it. When I called the company's number, they explained it to me through a video call. Most of the information is available on the box itself. A warranty card and user manual were also provided.

Very poor quality.

Value added product.

Very delicate and only small vessels can be used. Each time vessel has to be removed for adding fuel. I prefer Refund.

Product is very good design but one problem is there. Iron cylinder of shegdiis very thin it's melt in 10 or 12 months of regular 1 hrs daily use. Company should take care of this point.othewise all good
