bought four flavors to try with 3mth kittens, so far they 'like' the chicken & salmon dinner and the chicken dinner ones but, unlike with O'paws hydrated raw patties and vital essentials raw duck patties, i have to sprinkle some fortiflora on top before they will eat it every time because these do not have much of a smell to them (i may be using too much water and killing smell i suppose but, my kittens really like gravy/juice with their meals). do love how easily and quickly these rehydrate when using hot water and will continue buying them for morning feedings.. if you are trying to figure out how long these will last, one ounce is like 125 calories on chicken version and not enough calories for lightly active 8-10lb cats that need around 180-200 or so on average i do believe. update: my kitten woofed down the duck version without me having to add fortiflora, he loved this flavor so much, he finished off his brother's unfinished portion too, brother also ate the duck version without fortiflora. will be buying this duck only from now on since it is not semi getting wasted like the other flavors they like but, they often leave leftovers that i have to throw away. 9/2 **not sure what is wrong with the last duck goose bags we got but, opened one and my kittens nibbled at it and than refuse to eat it! even fortiflora wouldn't temp them to finish it all 3 times i made it. no issues eating other brands and flavors, so got to be something wrong with the food itself in these bags or at least the one we opened.

My fussy Siamese cat loves this. If she won't eat her food I sprinkle it over the top and she will eat!

Very expensive but good quality food! Only problem is they are so big!

My cat is so incredibly picky so I took a risk getting this food, but he absolutely loves this food. It’s also so easy to make and serve. He enjoys it when I prepare it as the bag says with water, he also enjoys it when I crumble 1-2 over his canned wet food as a topper! He will honestly eat them dry too, like a treat lol he just loves them

The product is great, but the shipping method causes the pieces to get crushed. When crushed, half the bag winds up being a powder which my cats won’t eat. The bag needs to be placed in its own sturdy box.

My cats LOVE LIVE LOVE these! My cats have torn throw the mailing package to get to these treats! Have to keep them in a cupboard they cant get into. Its a nice healthy treat to give without worry. I give all different flavors, just watch your fingers. 😀

This arrived with a weird smell. At first my cat ate a bit of it but shortly refused so I put broth over it. Over the next couple of weeks he refused all and I ended up putting it in the garbage. Maybe it was a bad batch?

I've tried other freeze dried raw before. Our Ragdoll could not handle them, maybe needed a more mature digestive system. BUT, this Stella-Chewy turkey we started very little as a topper. She is up to two nuggets per day now and we will work up to three. I do believe it is because they have many strains of acidophilus in it. Making the higher level of fat easier to digest. Our Ragdoll had beautiful fur before, but in the month of taking this, she has hair growing in very thick. The biggest thing she loves it! Thank you for making a raw that my Ragdoll loves. Highly recommend !!! UPDATE: Just to help some of you to know about your cat or kitten. Cat or kitten can eat the same food. No need for kitten food. A kitten/cat is a carnivore - they eat meat and bugs ewwww. For those of you who use dry grain cat food, I will ask with all politeness when was the last time you saw a cat shucking corn in a corn field? Well I never have. Dry food is one of the leading causes of pancreatitis, bladder and urinary problems. The list goes on. Yes, so you are feeding dry. We cannot change it over night - but in about 2-3 weeks yes. Sprinkle a half a nugget over the dry that is to be eaten immediately. You will notice that with freeze dried raw you cat is going to get full very fast. Way more protein and fat in your cat which is what they need. Our Ragdoll literally inhales when she gets to her dish to smell everything (never did that before) she then sneezes kinda funny but then dives into this food as if it is the last turkey on earth. We also have the dried pumpkin. She is in heaven, that sprinkled over 2 or 3 nuggets a tad of water, sometimes she likes a little tiny bit of wet. Her fur since I last posted she looks like a huge cotton ball coming. She literally purrs when she eats. Folks, this is really great cat food that I can put my name behind as an active member online cat communities. I recommend it to everyone I know who has a cat (no they don't hate me yet ... yet lol) and these kittens and cats are healthy.
