I returned the product because my child did not sit in this carrier. It was uncomfortable for him. The product description says that the carrier is for 0+, I will say that this is a scam. My child did not sit, he could not, you need to spread your legs wide to sit, and newborn children 0+ cannot do this! I made a return in September, the product is still on the way, they returned my money. I feel like I was deceived!!! I will not leave it like this!!!

I had looked at getting a wrap for baby number 2 but was a bit overwhelmed by the instructions. I have the Ergobaby omni 360 which I used for my firstborn from 6 weeks to 2 years and loved, but found a bit bulky to wear around the house and tricky to do up alone. This carrier is worth the money. Soft and snug, easy to put on by myself and my newborn is very content in it. Very happy to have a comfortable carrier that I can use around the house.

While I have issues, I couldn't bring myself to even take a star off. It's comfy, it does the job, it feels very solid and is the easiest to use out of the 3 carriers I have tried with him. The design has the feel of a well designed hiking pack. 1 problem: With a small baby at the bottom of their supposed weight range it's difficult and fiddly to use. There's no part that sticks up behind their head the way you'd see on some other packs. The line between their head being supported and their head slumping underneath the fabric to be a suffocation risk is thin. You'll find yourself constantly adjusting. If you have a baby at around the 3.2kg mark don't expect to enjoy using this one for a while. If you're looking for something that will work right away better to get one specifically designed with newborn insert that sticks up behind their head but exposes their face. Around the house I still use this one sometimes, but going out and doing tasks it's impractical. I can tell it'll be more useful as he gets bigger, though, and especially once he can support his head.
